California Science Teachers Association
The California Science Teachers Association (CSTA) hosts its 2006 California Science Education Conference in San Francisco. If you are a K-12 science educator, this is the one professional development opportunity you can't afford to miss! Attend this premier event for science educators that addresses all areas of science education, and, this year, focuses on the seismology of California and the centennial of the 1906 earthquake. During 2005-2006, the CSTA is working with other 1906 Earthquake Centennial Alliance members on a variety of activities, including: professional development opportunities for Bay Area science teachers, field trips, lecture series, and student activities.
