Illustrated Book Talk on the Relief Effort of 1906

Richard Schwartz is a historian and also a licenced California Building Contractor who specializes in earthquake retrofitting and is certified by the State to condemn and inspect buildings after an earthquake. He will lecture on both topics: the 1906 earthquake and relief effort in Berkeley and seismic retrofitting -- all at the Builders Booksource, a bookstore that specializes in books on construction.
